It’s been floating throw my mind for a while now, the idea to create a blog to share my thoughts and knowledge on a couple of my favourite subjects; cooking and healthy lifestyle.

I have a passion for food, just as big the passion against inadequate eating habits and nutrition misconceptions that have taken such a big portion of the population to be overweight, and unhappy.
